All the above prices are inclusive of heating, electricity and bed linen. High season rentals run strictly from Saturday to Saturday. In high season advanced bookings consisting of one or more full weeks will only be accepted. Most busy periods, for example the Easter and May Bank holidays as well as the school holidays, are always busy periods. From experience we therefore recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment. However please do not hesitate to contact us should you wish to enquire, especially during the early and late summer periods. We do offer low season, weekend and short breaks at very reasonable rates. Please contact us for the latest prices and availability. All stays are subject to a £100 key deposit payable with the balance. This deposit is FULLY refundable within seven days of the return of the keys providing that the cottage is left reasonably clean and tidy and that there have been no MAJOR breakages or damage caused during your stay.
